The system is not responding to my scan. What should I do?

Before you open your machine, be sure to check if your phone supports NFC readouts.

NFC is supported in almost any new phone that is produced. Find the full list (and counting) below:

Is your phone on this list but do you have trouble scanning the purifier?

1. Problem in the App

Delete the Aquablu App and download it again. Please log in and try again

2. NFC signal weak

Remove the cover of the machine. When you see the green NFC transmitter, hold your phone closely against it. If it still doesn't work, please contact your local dealer or Aquablu HQ.
